Setup MS Edge Profiles

Question

On my Windows 10 laptop, I'm using MS Edge with two profiles: Profile A, which is my default corporate work account, and Profile B, which I created separately.

Despite signing into Profile B, whenever I switch from Profile A to B and visit portal.office.com, I'm still greeted with Profile A's documents and home.

I've tried closing the browser, clearing the cache, and even enabling 'Automatically sign in to sites with your current work or school account' in browser settings, but the issue persists. Both profiles belong to the same domain: profilea@mydomain.com and profileb@mydomain.com.

I need assistance in ensuring that when I switch between profiles, I can access the respective apps and documents associated with each profile. Currently, the inconsistency is causing confusion, as I sometimes see Profile A and other times Profile B.

Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Do you enable 'Automatically sign in to sites with your current work or school account' for both profiles?

Besides, you can open this page edge://settings/profiles/multiProfileSettings in Edge for both profiles, disable all the settings under 'Automatic profile switching' and clear all the sites under 'Choose preferred profile for sites'.

In my test, after setting, using profile A, Edge will sign in portal.office.com with profile A account; using profile B, Edge will sign in portal.office.com with profile B account.
