Problem with recover Sharepoint file

Question

I use sharepoint 2010. And I dont know how it work. Sharepoint work normally before. But after I done these following actions, I can't recover my sharepoint account (and I don't know what cause it)

• Delete password of PC user (because my co-worker forget it)
• uninstall office 2010 and install office 2016 (then install office 2010 again because 2016 don't have sharepoint)
• Create new disk partition then install new window there (after that I unactive window on that disk then active the old window)

After I done these actions. When I open sharepoint there is no account. If I choose recover account with ".grv" file it say can't find attribute GUID

When I create new account and open ".grv" find, it say accept invitation but need to wait for other users to sign in. (and the notification show system can't connect to the server)
