Hello, Please help me. I'm having trouble paying my current bill. It works fine before. I'm using My Bank Account (VISA) BDO to be exact.
But now whenever I try to pay. My card declines, but it works perfectly fine with other transactions also there's no problem in my balance. I tried to add new account (new payment method) but the system declines it again. I tried to use different bank account it also declines. I don't know what to do.
