New Purview: what happens with classic business glossary?

Recently, the Data Catalog solution of Purview has been updated significantly, introducing business domains and data products.

Before this new release, we had already constructed a business glossary in what is now called "classic".

At this moment, it is unclear for us how we can migrate the business terms that we had already defined in the classic glossary to the new glossary experience. Except for manual effort, there does not seem to be a way to reuse already existing terms. Will Microsoft foresee a way of reusing and migrating the already existing business terms from the classic to the new experience?

@JF - Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.

Here is the update from internal team: We will have a migration experience from the classic to the new glossary Microsoft Purview portal will be coming shortly. We don't have ETA and I will be updated this thread once it's available.

For more details, refer to Glossary terms in Microsoft Purview (Preview).

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you any further queries.
