Currently, Power Apps is not included as a data source in Purview for scanning. However, Microsoft is constantly working to improve and expand the capabilities of Purview, so it is possible that Power Apps may be added as a data source in the future.

Regarding service general availability, I would suggest to keep an eye on Azure updates, check Purview documentation and release notes for any updates on this topic.
