while deploying Llama-3-8B model : I encountered an issue when attempting to purchase an offer from the Azure Marketplace using our CSP subscription. The error message received was : annot create marketplace subscription UserError: Marketplace Subscription purchase eligibility check failed, error message [This offer is not available for purchasing by subscriptions belonging to Microsoft Azure Cloud Solution Providers.].

Is there a way to make this offer available for CSP subscriptions, or do I need to use a different type of subscription?

What steps should I take to resolve this issue, either by adjusting settings in the CSP or by another method?

    Hello, @Niket Kumar Singh !

How do I purchase a marketplace offer using a CSP subscriptions?

The following offers are eligible to be configured to be sold by partners in the CSP program:

    • Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) transact offers
    • Virtual Machines (VMs)
    • Solution templates
    • Managed applications
    • Dynamics 365 Business Central offers (new)

The provider can choose from three options:

    1. Any partner in the CSP program.
    2. Specific partners in the CSP program I select.
    3. No partners in the CSP program.

If you are receiving the error This offer is not available for purchasing by subscriptions belonging to Microsoft Azure Cloud Solution Providers , then the offer is not available to a CSP subscription. This is not something that can be changed on your end. Either the offer is not eligible for CSP subscriptions or the offer was not configured to be made available to CSP subscriptions. You would need to use a different subscription to purchase the offer.
