We have 2 VM domain controllers running server 2019. The windows remote management service won't stay running on either server. Tried disabling defender firewall, made sure all the needed services were running etc,. Checked the event log and also used ProcMon (Novice) but don't see anything other than the service stopping. We run the Crowd Strike Falcon sensor on both servers. Could it be interfering with WRM service? any suggestions on how i might be able to isolate the issue? Thank you for your consideration.

    Hello,

You could check with CSF vendor if it will affect on WRM service.

You can use clean boot to check if it is related to 3rd party service.

This is a step how you can perform a clean boot https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot/945abdd8-02ad-4e7c-be6f-1cce41fd8601
