azure openai gpt-4o create message to a thread, "Invalid type for 'content': expected a string, but got an array instead."

Question

Getting 400 as in title.
swapping endpoint to openai, worked fine.

looking at the doc.

azure doc seems not updated https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/openai/assistants-reference-messages?tabs=python#create-message

compare to the openai doc: https://platform.openai.com/docs/api-reference/messages/createMessage

is azure open ai assistant version behind the openai assistant version, that's why?
when can i expecting the update?
