APIM stv1 to stv2 Migration status

Question

Can Microsoft update the status of stv1 to stv2 migration.

We've had 3 failed / blocked attempts since may with the errors that look like this:

Obvious June 8 has been and gone and I was hoping for confirmation that this issue is now addressed.
If this is being blocked on a region-by-region basis, it would be good to know which regions can proceed.

In our case, we're migrating in the Australia East, if anyone has success cases from that region lately (e.g. previously were blocked but now working are now working, please chime in)
