On one device, every time I try to open the Microsoft Remote Desktop Android application on a ChromeBox it instantly crashes. I've tried clearing cache and storage for the app. Uninstalling, restarting, reinstalling. Joining the beta. Nothing has helped. All I can see is the app window flash for a split second and then disappear. My Chrome device is fully updated and I see no updates available for the app.

It's advisable to consult Chrome support if no error messages, pop-up windows, or logs are available.

PaulChantarangsu-4729 0 Reputation points2024-06-26T13:18:32.74+00:00 Having the same issue, Beta and Prod are same version in Google Play Store. interesting thing is RD is working fine on our Chromebooks. The App is only crashing on our Chromeboxes.
