How to setup backend frontdoor redirect to destination link has special characters

Hi everyone, I have a request config redirect link on frontdoor, but the destination link has special characters, so I have to encode path of URL, but it could not resolve when redirected to the destination URL. Does anyone have any experience with this

- Can you please confirm if you are using the Classic SKU of Azure Front Door?
- Can you also confirm if you are able to access the redirect URL from the browser directly? Just to confirm if there is no other networking issue here.
