Cannot reactivate Azure subscription
Hi,
Because my ex credit card was blocked, the result is Microsoft didt get my payments and my Azure subscription was disabled.
Few days ago I successfully updated my payment methods, but subscription is still disabled.
When I try to reactivate subscription its saying I need to pay invoices and gave my a link, when I click the link its saying that there is nothing which needs to be paid (weird :( )
When I look on the list of my invoices, also its saying that everything is paid (I not agree with that, but if microsoft saying this ....)
When I try to make a support ticket, its saying (when I discribed and wrote everything), that I cannot make support ticket for disabled subscribptions (weird .... I thought that support ticket can be used when things does not work as expected ... when everything works, I do not need support tickets ....)
