Microsoft windows server 2016 | Update broke the redirect printers

Hi

i have server 2016 version 1607

os 14393.7070

that use for terminal..

after last update thr redirect options not working

i tried many troubleshooting

any user and any redirect printer

we see all printer in control panel includes them

no events waiver....

removed least updated also not helpful

please any advice?

You can try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem: 

1. Check registry Settings. Make sure that the following two registry key values are set to 1.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\Wds\rdpwd\fEnablePrintRDR

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\Wds\rdpwd\fEnableRDR

Important: Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For further protection, back up the registry before you modify it. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, refer to How to back up and restore the registry in Windows.

2. Check the security descriptor of the background processor. The spooler security descriptor must contain an "AU" (Authenticated user) ACL (access control List) that allows any authenticated user to open the spooler service for read operations. You can follow these steps to check and modify security descriptors. For more information, refer to this article.
