I have lost my #65 business account and also my copilot 365 license. When I try to log in to the it asks for a code I tried every device I have updating deleting just trying everything. reset my computer reinstalled apps. Still it wants a code it will send 2 digit code but I believe I need 6. It says contact admin, but the email associated with the account is the admin. What can I do to recover at least the copilot subscription. I believe I pay monthly for 365, but any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Fred

    Hi @Fred Taylor

I have lost my #65 business account and also my copilot 365 license.

Can you provide more information? Did you remove this account from Microsoft Authenticator app on phone?

If so, did you have other sign-in options?

You may click "I can't use my Microsoft ---", if you added phone number as authenticator method before, then click Text XXXXXX to authenticate with phone.

If you did not add phone as authenticator method before, you need to contact Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) via telephone so that a dedicated Support Professional can assist you in a more efficient manner. Please be advised that you might be charged for phone support service.  Please go to the website to find related number and call it to create a new Phone Service Request to Microsoft Phone Support team.
