Can I install KB KB5005625 which is suitable for Windows 10 LTCS to Windows 10 Enterprise 1809 version?

It stated here September 21, 2021—KB5005625 (OS Build 17763.2210) Preview - Microsoft Support that the KB5005625 is only fit with Win 10 Ent LTSC 2019, Win 10 IoT Ent LTSC 2019, Windows 10 IoT Core 2019 LTSC, and Windows Server 2019.

But from this article, What's new in Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 - What's new in Windows | Microsoft Learn it stated that [Features in Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 are equivalent to Windows 10, version 1809].

So can I install KB KB5005625 which is suitable for Windows 10 LTCS to Windows 10 Enterprise 1809 version?
