Press the Windows Key + I to open the Settings app.
Go to Update & Security.
Select Troubleshoot from the left pane.
Click on Additional troubleshooters.
Scroll down and select Windows Update.
Click on Run the troubleshooter and follow the on-screen instructions.

net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver
After running these commands, try installing the update again.
