Hello,

We're trying to troubleshoot the error that is occurring for one of our user's when he tries to run Inventory Cube within Excel. We've already tried reinstalling Office, running Excel in safe mode, changed the settings in order to unblock DDE, installed all the missing drivers (OLEDB, AMO and ADOMD) from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/analysis-services/client-libraries?view=asallproducts-allversions#known-issues. Unfortunately none of those works. They user is still experiencing the same issue while trying to use Inventory Cube.

Hi,

Did you enable the Windows firewall or antivirus software?

If yes, please disable them and check if it will help you.

We've tried that but unfortunately there is still an error message showing. Can you confirm if it maybe be related with the combability issue of this excel tool (it was previously used on Windows 10 and currently user is trying to use it on Windows 11).
