Webjobs on Web App (Linux) is randomly deleted or cannot be generated (Bad request)

I'm having trouble creating WebJobs on my Linux WebApp with 2 Deployment Slots (Staging and Production). Whenever I try to create a new WebJob, it throws me a "Bad Request" error. I've attached an image of the error in the question. I know there's nothing wrong with my run.sh file, as I've used it successfully before. What does this error mean, and how can I fix it?

Additionally, there have been some instances where the WebJobs disappear from both slots randomly, even though I can still see the files on the server. Why is this happening? I followed the documentation and added the appropriate Environment Variables. I am the only one with access to the portal so this cannot be someone else tampering with it.

Update #1:
One of my WebApps Staging environments can create WebJobs as normal. I have checked to see if there is anything else different in terms of configuration with that slot over any other but it's not at first glance. This though provides a final confirmation that my file(s), WebJob name and triggers are NOT the problem. There is something else under the hood that is causing the Bad Request on other slots and Web Apps!
