I'm trying to activate the $150 monthly credit, but it says "You can’t activate this Visual Studio benefit more than once".

The browser is automatically signed in to my microsoft account initially

And I can't activate it with microsoft account

After I signed in with personal account, it doesn't allow me to activate anymore

    Hello Wanling Jiang,

    Thanks for your question.

    I experienced something similar before.

    1. Go to the "Subscriptions" blade in the portal.
    2. Look for any existing Azure subscriptions that might be linked to your Visual Studio benefit. It is possible it is activated in another subscription.

If the Visual Studio subscription was transferred to you, it may have already been activated. In this case you may need to follow steps here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/billing-subscription-transfer

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Regards,
