What would cause QnA bot "Test in Web" to give different answers from Language Studio knowledge base if they both use the same deployed knowledge base?

Hi,

I have a knowledge base with question and answer pairs set up - and deployed - in Language Studio. The associated language resource is working fine with an App Service and Azure Bot resource to provide Direct line QnA bot functionality.

The issue I'm having a hard time debugging, for some questions in the Azure Bot "Test in Web" function does not return the correct answer. It returns the default answer when no better answer was found. However, when testing the knowledge base in Language Studio the correct answer is returned.

What could be the reason for this discrepancy?
