Hi Care Bear,
Please first check if your motherboard supports TPM 2.0. You can usually find this information on the manufacturer's website or by contacting their customer support. Some old motherboards only support TPM 1.2 and most of them do not support upgrading to TPM 2.0.
If TPM 2.0 is supported, you can enable it in BIOS/UEFI settings. Restart your computer and enter the UEFI/BIOS settings by pressing a key such as F2, F12, DEL, or ESC during the boot process. Once in the UEFI/BIOS, look for a section related to security or advanced settings. Find the option for TPM, which may be listed as TPM State, TPM Security, TPM Support, AMD fTPM switch, AMD PSP fTPM, Intel PTT, or Intel Platform Trust Technology. Then enable the TPM option and save your changes.
Best Regards,
Ian Xue
