is ARM catalog required to get the WoA WHQL cert ?

i'm trying to get WHQL cert. for Win 10, Win 11 and WoA. I change inf to add ARM64 description and prepare win 10, win 11 catelog, but no WoA catelog, will it pass the WoA WHQL cert. ?
