I lost access to my authenticator app now can't pass the two factor verification

Hello, I have an account in the Microsoft 365 devloper program. So the email id that was the administrator it was logged in the authenticator app, but somehow I lost access. But I have the password and have set recovery mail but can't log in because of the authentication code. So how I resolve this issue. Also I have access to that email that the devloper program was created with.

Thanks for your question.

If you lost access, you can only login via your recovery methods (Recovery codes/alternate email or what ever u set at the beginning).

If you did not set these, then you may alternatively have to attempt an account recovery using https://account.live.com/acsr

If you cant recover that way still You can call global customer service - https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2 to raise a support request on your behalf to help you connect with Azure support.
