Encrypted Email Messages on Outlook with Policy Label Applied.

Please i need your help on this issue. 

 

One of my customer is having an issue with Policy label applied on an encrypted Message on Outlook. 

1. They want to know how to encrypt email message on outlook.
2. They want to know how to apply Policy label on the encrypted message on outlook.

 

Before the Policy label was showing on outlook but it is no longer showing up on Outlook:

Here is the policy label which was configured. 

On outlook the Policy labels is not showing up here when they want to apply the policy label before replying to the email on outlook.

2. Outlook does not show the sensitivity labels.

Regarding sensitivity labels, you need to verify that the sensitivity labels have been published in the Microsoft Purview Compliance Portal.
