Thanks for using QandA platform
I think Microsoft Azure OpenAI services are working towards compliance with the EU AI Act, has taken several steps to align with the requirements of the Act, including implementing safety mechanisms, promoting transparency, and ensuring robust governance for AI systems. so, Microsoft is actively working towards compliance, the EU AI Act is still evolving. Therefore, continuous updates and enhancements to Microsoft's AI governance framework can be expected as the legislation is finalized and implemented.
