I recently transferred my subscription (Azure subscription 1) to a new directory (Example.com). However, the billing information is not visible in the new directory, and I cannot manage payment methods. Please assist.

The "cost management and billing' is still there on the default directory even though I transferred my subscription to my new directory, I don't have any other subscription. I also have the billing admin role and everything set up and I am also the owner. Please help or else If I use VM with 'pay as you go' the billing might not show up in the Cost Management and Billing and it make occur more problem.
