Azure DevOps build failure for golang application

I am trying to build a golang application using Azure DevOps and my code is in Azure repos. The build is failing at downloading the dependencies from go.mod with the below error. can anyone help me with this issue?
`server/connection.go:14:2: reading dev.azure.com/
