Hi

Friday I worked in one of my Excel folders that are running with queries and connections (Data Model)

My sheet worked perfectly on Friday and when I returned today to the office and want to refresh my data I got the message that an issue with the data is preventing my Excel to refresh or open. I don't know what to do to try and fix. This is my second big folder that I cannot use because of this problem. They installed me a new computer about 3 months ago and since they installed this I get this issue. As a data analyst and accounting manager this is becoming a huge problem because I spent days and nights creating reports and now I cannot create my daily reports. I urgently need help

    Hi @Accounting

Could you please tell us which version of Office are you using?

What's the file format of your workbook?

Is there any software encrypts the HDD(SSD)?

    • I suggest you open this workbook on other computers for a check.

Via searching online, you may go to Excel, click File > Options > Data > Data Options, uncheck the box of "Prefer the Excel Data Model when creating PivotTables, QueryTables, and Data Connections."

Besides, please try to right-click the sheet tab > Move or Copy > Choose a new workbook, tick the box of "Create a Copy" > Click OK.
