I had a graphics driver update installed for my RTX 2060, and all it needed was a restart and I was procrastinating doing that restart until this morning when there was an unreasonably heavy load on my GPU. When I went to restart, there was also a windows update. I restarted and went for coffee, and when I came back my screen was black. I waited 15 minutes, restarted, tried to enter safe mode, and nothing worked. I think this is a graphics driver issue but I don't know how to resolve it from here.

Hello,Do you mean you can't enter safe mode and your computer is still black screen?

If you can't enter system, it's hard to troubleshoot, as well as determine the cause of the problem.

It is advisable to wait a little longer, and if you still can't get into the system, you can only contact the computer repair provider.

    Best Regards,
