Not able to create the Azure Open AI resource

We are trying to create the Azure Open AI Service via the Azure Portal. But, on clicking the create button it simply doesn't respons. We tries to deploy the mode in Azure Ai studio as well after creating project>hub and deployed model of chatgpt. But, when we move to azure Ai playground it does give me any response. Not able to understand what is the issue?

Thanks for reaching out to us, are you mentioning you are not able to create a new Azure OpenAI resource in Azure Portal? Could you please share the region you are trying to do it?

At the meantime, you are not able to deploy a model on your another resource, with no response, is that correct?

Could you please check on your networking situation and share the region with more details? Thanks a lot.

Dear All,

Could you please help me with the issue related to the deployment of AI service in azure as mentioned. I am trying to deploy models in Azure AI studio but not able to do so and an error pop up stating no resource available to satisfy the request. I am following the official documentation, and I checked my region, quota and registration for service as well. I can't find any error related to this. Any help will be appreciated.

Dear Community,

Can anyone help me with the issue? I am not able to use any model in azure ai studio. I am able to deploy them, but they don't respond in the azure playground. I am using the correct region i.e East us or east us2 and my visual studio professional subscription benefit for using the studio. Earlier i.e 2-3 months ago I was able to deploy the model from azure portal. Any suggestion or help will be appreciated. @YutongTie-MSFT
