Localized (translated) folders names for Desktop, Music, etc. with Folders redirected by gpo in the AD Domain

How to translate (localize) folders like Desktop, Documents, Downloads, etc. on Windows 10/11 computer connected to AD Domain?

On the computer outside of domain, this "shown" name or nickname for the Desktop (because the folder path is still C:\users\USER\Desktop) can be changed, so it displays to the user differently. (In case of Czech language, it says "Plocha").

But in case of redirected folders of profile in the domain the field for renaming the Desktop (etc.) is readonly.

The change of the path in the registry to the Desktop (etc.) doesn't change the "nickname" of it.

How to correctly rename the "nickname" of those folders for the domain profile with redirected folders?

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Unfortunately, after a file is redirected, the file name cannot be changed as the system language changes. Because file redirection is essentially an administrator redirecting the path of a folder to a new location. You can use Group Policy to configure these locations. folder redirection, the folder's display name will be the same as the folder name on the server.

You can try changing the folder name on the server to change the display name. However, you can't have the file name on the client machine change as the machine displays the language.
