Volume Licenses missing in Microsoft 360 Admin Center
To say I'm extremely frustrated with Microsoft volume license support is an understatement.
I am the technology manager for a school district and purchased KMS licenses for Microsoft Office 2021 through ThinkEDU a couple years back. Long story short we never received our licenses. Off and on with Microsoft support, even got on a teams call with them, they said that we did receive the licenses but couldn't provide any information regarding what account they were under.
The licenses do not show up at all under our volume license account and, to add salt to the wounds, we also lost access to our Windows 11 license in the dashboard.
Anyone else have a similar problem and found a way to get access?
