Many modern browsers (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Edge) support broken downloads. If you downloaded the file in your browser, try clicking the download link again; the browser will usually detect the downloaded portion and continue to download the remaining portion.
Change the .crdownload file extension to the correct file extension (e.g. .zip, .rar, .exe, etc. depending on the file type).
After changing the file extension, try to download the file again using a download manager or browser. Sometimes the download manager or browser will detect that the file already exists and try to continue downloading the rest of it.
If none of the above solves the problem, my recommendation is to redo the download as the downloaded file may be corrupt.
