Why Azure OpenAI Collections is disabled?

I've has cognitive permissions. I can create an azure open ai resource in Azure Portal. I've sent a request form to get access Azure Open AI services. The Microsoft has approved it.

But in Azure AI Studio Azure OpenAI not accessible and there aren't chat gpt models.2

    Could you confirm if you have requested for Azure OpenAI access using this form?

    Can you share your application ID?

    But in Azure AI Studio Azure OpenAI not accessible and there aren't chat gpt models.

    In Which region your AI studio is deployed? Do you have the required role access? you need either the Owner or Contributor role on the resource group.
