How do I deploy Llama 3.1 8B with pay-as-you go?

Question

I was able to set up deployments for the OpenAI models where I get a certain number of tokens to consume, and only pay for those.

However, when I try to deploy any other model (Phi, Coherence, Meta, etc), it gives me this warning:

Cannot create marketplace subscription UserError: Marketplace Subscription purchase eligibility check failed, error message [This offer is not available for purchasing by subscriptions belonging to Microsoft Azure Cloud Solution Providers.].

I am not on a free account or trial account. My company has a paid subscription.

What am I missing?

Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear you are not able to get the feature you want.

If you are receiving the error This offer is not available for purchasing by subscriptions belonging to Microsoft Azure Cloud Solution Providers , then the offer is not available to a CSP subscription. This is not something that can be changed on your end. Either the offer is not eligible for CSP subscriptions or the offer was not configured to be made available to CSP subscriptions. You would need to use a different subscription to purchase the offer.

The following offers are eligible to be configured to be sold by partners in the CSP program:

• Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) transact offers
• Virtual Machines (VMs)
• Solution templates
• Managed applications
• Dynamics 365 Business Central offers (new)
