Hi,
After joining the domain, certain sigh-in options were configured through Group Policy by your organization.
You could try the following steps to enable Windows Hello in Group Policy:
Search Edit Group Policy in the search bar,
Go to Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Logon > Turn on convenience PIN sign-in
Select ENABLED.
Or you could try editing the following registry key:
Search Registry Editor in the search bar, and run as administrator.
Go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System
Add a new registry if it does not exist
Type: DWORD(32 bit)
Name: AllowDomainPINLogon
Value: 1
And then reboot.
Best regards.
