Why I cannot see some shared folders on OneDrive

Some of shared folders from my colleague to my OneDrive sometimes can be seen, but sometimes cannot be accessed. Those folders are relating to the same client we both are working on. We checked the authority of access and our storage of our accounts, and the problem is not from them. Can we please have the solution relate to the problem of our sharing folder synchronization? Thank you.

    When these folders cannot be accessed, what's the error message pop up?

    Did you open these shared folders in Windows Explorer or on OneDrive online?

    • If the latter one, it's best to clear the cache and cookies of browser on users' machines. Besides, it is best not to ‘stay logged in’.
    • If it's the former, I suggest you unlink OneDrive account, close OneDrive. Go to Credentials Manager, remove all the "Windows Credentials" entries of Office and OneDrive.
