Virus Scanner for File Upload

Is there a service available that can provide a virus or malware scanner when you upload files? I want to be ensure that before files got saved or uploaded, its free from viruses.

Most of AV vendors provide cloud sandbox to scan your files in cloud before its delivered to your cloud app.

I use trend Micro before and works well.
