SharePoint -Automate to lock the files for certain point of the day

I have few files uploaded on SharePoint . They get refreshed every day at 7.00 AM in the morning. But if someone has any file opened on their computer then my upload gets failed. How to lock or close the files that are open on any computer. IS it possible. Or is there a workaround ?

Thank you for posting in this community.

There is no ability to lock files in SharePoint. The only way we can prohibit a user from opening a file is to remove the user's access.

Therefore, we have an alternative solution that may solve your problem. We can remove the user's permissions first and use Power Automate to create a flow to give the user access to the file again after the file has been uploaded.
