Hi @Shane Arnold
Welcome to our forum!
Does the error occur recently on Outlook Desktop Client? Do you have any specific operation before the error occurred?
To further confirm if the error is more related to Outlook desktop client, if possible, please log in to your web mail and do the same test to check if the error persists.
If the error does not persist, please take the following steps:
- Update Outlook: Ensure that you are using the latest version of Outlook. Sometimes, updating the software can resolve unexpected issues.
- Repair your Outlook profile:
- Open Outlook and go to
File
>Account Settings
>Account Settings
. - Select your email account and click
Repair
. - Follow the prompts to complete the repair process.
- Open Outlook and go to
- Create a new profile: If all above do not work, considering data file corruption, it is proposed that you create a new profile, re-add your account to the new profile and check if the same error still occurs.
If the error persists, since the error message indicates an issue with the server's authentication, it is recommended that please contact the link vendor and inform them about the problem. They might need to check their server configuration and ensure that the links are generated correctly.
Hope it helps!
