Couldn't integrate CLU with azure health bot

I integrated all things(endpoint, api-version, project name, production name) perfectly in the azure health bot, but I could see some red dot, which indicates error, I would really appreciate if you could help me out with this problemScreenshot 2024-08-12 at 6.11.09 PM.png

@Shanmukhi Sudha Tiriveedhi Do you see any additional logs if you try to use the developer mode on the browser console? Try checking the network tab if it could provide additional details.

Also, when the prediction URL is given in language studio, are you using the same api version in the health bot configuration while configuring the CLU project?

Yes, I am using the same api version that I could see in the prediction url in language studio
It would be glad if you could you assist me on the network tab thing as well

@Shanmukhi Sudha Tiriveedhi Enabling developer mode on any chromium based browser is through the settings. You can take this as a reference. I am hoping the API calls are recorded on network tab of the developer mode to understand which API request fails.
