All of a sudden I am not able to receive emails in my outlook account. The home page is saying I have to upgrade to latest version of Outlook Hotmail Connector. How do I do this. I can't find it

Before going further, are you using Outlook desktop client or using web mail in browser? In order to further confirm your issue, it is suggested for you to log in your web mail and see if you can send and receive emails normally there.
