I've just moved my domain to MS and when I try to create a shared mailbox, I get this error:

Error executing request. More than one accepted domain was found when searching for 'theta-soft.com'. The following accepted domains were found: CN=theta-soft.com,CN=Accepted Domains,CN=Transport Settings,CN=Configuration,CN=thetasoftms.onmicrosoft.com,CN=ConfigurationUnits,DC=LAMP152A009,DC=PROD,DC=OUTLOOK,DC=COM and CN=theta-soft.com\0ACNF:302a83cb-a103-4881-a826-1287cf930c80,CN=Accepted Domains,CN=Transport Settings,CN=Configuration,CN=thetasoftms.onmicrosoft.com,CN=ConfigurationUnits,DC=LAMP152A009,DC=PROD,DC=OUTLOOK,DC=COM.

And also, in exchange admin center, I see 2 domains with the same name except for CNF GUID number.

theta-soft.com(default domain)

theta-soft.com CNF:302a83cb-a103-4881-a826-1

Any help on this?

    Hi @Adrian Ducet ,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A platform!

Based on your description, it sounds like you have a duplicate accepted domain in your Exchange Online environment, which is causing the issues. This can happen sometimes during domain migrations or configuration changes. To resolve this, please kindly delete one of the duplicate accepted domains to see if it works.
