Assistance with error message when sending email to Gmail using my work account of Microsoft

I'm trying to send an email to a Gmail or other Google customer, but I keep receiving an error message that reads:

mx.google.com gave this error: [2a01:111:f403:2020::731] The IP address sending this message does not have a PTR record setup, or the corresponding forward DNS entry does not match the sending IP. As a policy, Gmail does not accept messages from IPs with missing PTR records.

Can someone please help me troubleshoot this issue?

Thank you.

    Hi,@Cloud Zubair

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

The error message you're encountering indicates that the IP address of the server sending the email does not have a PTR record set up or that there is a mismatch between the PTR record and the forward DNS entry. This is important because many email providers, including Gmail, use PTR records to verify the legitimacy of the email server sending the message.

I suggest you contact your DNS provider to add the PRT records.
