Based on your question, I searched a lot of resources. Since the Legacy Edge version is too old and Microsoft no longer has instructions for this version, I found relevant information on "Wikipedia", which describes the Edge Legacy release history. The last Edge version that used Edge HTML on Windows was "44.19041", the browser engine at this time was "EdgeHTML 18.19041", and the release date was "May 27, 2020".

For Android, I learned that the last version using the EdgeHTML kernel is usually the Edge 44.11.x series, but I didn't find more information about the specific version number.
