    Hi, @IniobongNkanga-8038

Based on your description, I understand that you want to migrate your OX Mail (Webcentral) data to M365.

Here are some steps you can try:

    1.Export emails from OX Mail:

Look for the option to export your emails. Usually, this involves selecting the email or folder you want to export and then choosing the export option in .pst format.

2.Set up an M365 Exchange account:

Make sure your Microsoft 365 Exchange account is set up and configured correctly. You should have login credentials and access to your Exchange mailbox.

    3.Import emails into Microsoft 365:

Open Outlook and set up your Microsoft 365 Exchange account.

Go to "File" > "Open and Export" > "Import/Export".

Select "Import from another program or file" and click "Next".

Select Outlook Data File (.pst), and then click Next.

Browse the export file you saved earlier from OX Mail and click Next.

Select the folder where you want to import the emails and click "Finish".

If the type mailboxes of the webcentral are IMAP mailboxes migrate to Microsoft 365 or Office 365 kindly check this link: Migrate other types of IMAP mailboxes to Microsoft 365 or Office 365 | Microsoft Learn
