SharePoint Library Edit Properties and View Properties not showing all columns

There is InfoPath form created on SharePoint 2013 Document Library. In SharePoint Ribbon for some of the columns not showing while clicking View / Edit Properties in Development site however same columns are showing in Production Site for the same form Library while clicking on View/Edit Properties.

I'm not sure how this is managed to hide and show column in View Properties / Edit Properties. Please advice.

    When you publish the InfoPath form to the library, please check whether click "Allow users to edit data in the field by using a datasheet or properties page.".
