Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

Upon checking with Katherine today, it was confirmed that Outlook is not set up on their mobile device. Additionally, no delegate access has been configured for any user. Although they are members of a shared mailbox, all meetings are being scheduled through their personal mailboxes only.

The recent Teams meeting cancellation was attributed to Meenakshi, yet the notification was sent from both Katherine and Meenakshi's mailboxes.

    Hi @IniobongNkanga-8038

According to your case description, you are experiencing an issue with Teams meetings being automatically canceled. There may be several reasons for this issue:

    • Invalid meeting link: If the meeting link is deleted or becomes invalid, the meeting may be automatically canceled.
    • Calendar sync issues: Calendar sync issues between Outlook and Teams may cause meetings to be canceled or displayed incorrectly.
    • Conflicting meetings: If there is a conflict with other meetings scheduled at the same time, the meeting may be canceled.

Please try the following steps to resolve this issue:

    • Clear Teams cache: User's image
    • Check Outlook calendar: Make sure your Outlook calendar is correctly synchronized with Teams.
    • Recreate meeting: If the meeting is canceled and cannot be restored, try to recreate the meeting and send a new invitation link.
