How can I make Edge open a local HTML file on an iPad?

I have read elsewhere that Edge can open local HTML files stored on an iPad with full functionality (CSS, jQuery, etc.). Other browsers, including Apple's own Safari, will not do this. The only example I've read re using Edge for this discusses opening an HTML file attached to an email, which is not what I am trying to do. The HTML file and associated files (music, images, CSS, javascript) are located in the Files folder on the iPad. My problem is I can't figure out how to represent the file path on the iPad so Edge can find the files I want to open. Things that appear logical don't work. Does anyone know how to do this?

    Hi @dbdoty ,

My problem is I can't figure out how to represent the file path on the iPad so Edge can find the files I want to open. Things that appear logical don't work.

Do you mean that URL pointing to the file? Do you mean that you want to access the HTML file directly in the address bar?

    If so, iOS cannot achieve.

In fact, the simple way is going to file, chose open with different App, chose "More...", chose "Edge", and it shows.
