Need to exclude a IP address from windows firewall rule

I need to block all internet connection except a public IP address from windows firewall. Need a assistance with that.

    Thank you for posting in Q&A forum

    You can using below way to set a rule to see if it work:

    Type Win+R>>>enter wf.msc >>> Inbound Rules / Outbound Rules >>> new rule >>>Port >>> All Local Ports >>> Block the connection >>> Private/Domain (don't select public)>>> name the rule and click finish.

    After we make the rule, double click the rule which we make >>> Protocols and Ports >>> select " Any " at Protocol type to Block all the type of protocols connection.
